Whether you collect crystal treasures or just want to wonder at nature: you will most likely feel the joy at all the discoveries. In the Mineralworld Munich you will experience precious minerals of incredible colour-spectrums. Rare aquamarines, tourmalines, mountain crystals and tanzanite specimens impress visitors with their timeless elegance and natural beauty. Not without reason gold and silver have fascinated every culture of mankind. Munich is the place, where you can meet the national and international mineral scene and discover new findings.
Munich Show - Europe's meeting place for beautiful stones
The Mineralworld is the founding part of the Munich Show - Mineralientage München. What started as a local swap meet has become in 50 years Europe's leading and one of the most important platforms for the international mineral market. In the mineral part of the Munich Show around 600 exhibitors from all over the world showcase and sell their impressive and unique specimens to collectors as well as to an interested public. The Munich Show is divided into four parts called Mineralworld, Fossilworld, Gemworld and Stoneworld, and counts in total over 1250 exhibitors from 64 nations.
Sensational findings at the International Mineral Pavilion
You would like to see the world’s best specimens assembled in one place? At the exclusive International Mineral Pavilion top-dealers present their most impressive findings. This is the place for the most famous exhibitors. These precious stones deserve a noble atmosphere. Even the collectors who have 'seen it all' will be moved by clarity, colours and size of these treasures. This is truly a highlight of the international mineral scene. Make sure you take yourself time to discover the elegant 'white temple' – ideally on both days, since there is so much to discover and see.
Special exhibit of the 50th Anniversary Show is...GOLD
Each year exclusive special exhibits are organised that aim to convey the fascination for beautiful stones to the broad public and to draw attention to the whole mineral market. Being of immense quality and worth, these special exhibits are also much appreciated by the media and journalists from all over the world. After the immense success of the "European Classics" in 2011 and last year's "African Secrets" the Munich Show is organizing in 2013 a world class GOLD exhibit! Be part of our 50 Years Anniversary Show!
