If a visa is required for your participation as an exhibitor at the MUNICH SHOW, we will gladly support you with the issuance of an official invitation letter for the respective embassy in your home country. Please send us your request by email to:

Arrival & Stay  -  Journey to the Munich Show

By car

Via freeway A94 (Munich-Passau), exit “Feldkirchen”: Follow the electronic display “MUNICH SHOW”.

Depending on your navigation system, you will find Messe München under “Ausstellungsgelände”, “Messezentrum” or “Messe”. If possible, please select “Entrance EAST”.

By plane

From Munich Airport you can easily reach Messe München by cab (fixed price: 90,- EUR one way / approx. 35 min.).
Or by public transport:

Take the S-Bahn line S8 from the airport to “Ostbahnhof”, from there continue with the U5 subway line to “Innsbrucker Ring”, from there continue with the U2 subway line to the “Messestadt OST” stop.

By train

The easiest way to reach Messe München from Munich Central Station is to take the U2 subway line to the “Messestadt OST” stop, travel time approx. 25 min.

Please note: Your admission ticket to the MUNICH SHOW does not include free use of the public transport system (MVV).

General

How is the hall layout this year?

The Munich Show can take place again with the usual hall layout from this year onwards. The Gemworld will be located in Hall B6 and B5, while the Mineralientage will again be placed in Hall A6 and A5 as usual, plus A4.

Is there a trade visitor day?

Yes, the Munich Show will take place on 4 days this year. Thursday, 24th and Friday, 25th of
October are reserved for registered trade visitors, Saturday and Sunday are also open to the
public.

What is the special exhibition theme in 2024?

The special shows this year are themed "The Impossible Crystal". The mineral special exhibition is in Hall A6; the Alpine area with special showcases and the collectors´ showcases are in Hall A5.

The accompanying theme book is available at the trade fair, at the cash desks, the information points and the Munich Show Fan shop. It also can be ordered by e-mail to besucherservice@munichshow.com plus shipping costs (within Germany 8,50 EUR – within EU 19,90 EUR - outside EU 47,50 EUR).

What advertising opportunities are there around and at the Munich Show?

Numerous advertising spaces are available on site, on the website and in the Munich Show app. All information on this and how to order can be found in the Media Kit online from June 15th 2024 on.

Are there marketing templates that I can integrate into my customer communications?

In your exhibitor profile you can download your individualized Munich Show signature (banner with booth number) from August 15th 2024. You can integrate this on your website, in your email signature or in your newsletter.
